Special Offers - Trout Fishing Packages

Loch Eye Trout Fishing Packages

New for 2008 we are pleased to be able to offer a self-catered accommodation and trout fishing package based at Loch Eye. The accommodation is in Shepherd’s House, a luxury VisitScotland 4-star rated holiday house just a few hundred metres from Loch Eye. The property is new to the market so we have full availability for May and June for Saturday-Saturday lets. Shepherd’s cottage sleeps 6, ideal for a large family or a group of fishing friends.

Included in the package are 2 boat days on Loch Eye, but this can be increased if desired. If there are more than 2 fishermen in your group, we may be able to offer a second boat. May and June are the very best months on Loch Eye providing some unbelievable hatches of olives and buzzers, and the fishing can be fantastic and extremely varied: dries, nymphs or traditional wets depending on the wind/wave state. For serious trout fishermen we recommend 3 days on Loch Eye, interspersed with fishing on other local lochs or rivers. We can also offer optional guiding services if desired. For the less fanatical, there are wonderful beaches, golf courses etc nearby as well as distilleries and castles to visit.
If you want to catch trout like this, please contact us for further information:
